Khi báo lỗi, vui lòng cho biết phiên bản LuckyShow, loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành và các bước để tái hiện lỗi. Không gửi danh sách có dữ liệu nhạy cảm nếu không cần thiết.

Mua Pro

Pro loại bỏ quảng cáo, mở khóa lưu phiên không giới hạn (bản miễn phí tối đa năm phiên cho mỗi mode), ảnh nền tùy chỉnh, bốn theme theo mùa cao cấp và xuất CSV. Mọi gói subscription và lifetime có cùng bộ quyền lợi; quyền lợi subscription chỉ dùng được khi gói còn hiệu lực, còn lifetime không tự gia hạn. Nếu đã mua nhưng app chưa nhận diện Pro, hãy thử mở lại app và dùng chức năng Khôi phục mua hàng / Restore Purchases. Nếu vẫn không được, email cho chúng tôi cùng biên lai hoặc mã giao dịch đã che thông tin nhạy cảm.

Yêu cầu về dữ liệu và quyền riêng tư

LuckyShow không có tài khoản người dùng hoặc máy chủ lưu danh sách/hồ sơ. Bạn có thể xóa danh sách, phiên và lịch sử trực tiếp trong app; cũng có thể xóa dữ liệu app hoặc gỡ app từ cài đặt thiết bị.

Với câu hỏi về dữ liệu chẩn đoán, quảng cáo, consent hoặc email hỗ trợ, hãy gửi email tới địa chỉ trên. Chúng tôi sẽ xem xét yêu cầu trong thời gian hợp lý.

When reporting an issue, include your LuckyShow version, device type, operating-system version, and steps to reproduce. Please do not send sensitive list content unless it is necessary.

Pro removes ads and unlocks unlimited session storage (the free version is limited to five sessions per mode), custom background images, four premium seasonal themes, and CSV export. All subscription and lifetime plans include the same benefits; subscription benefits are available only while the subscription is active, and a lifetime plan does not renew. If the app does not recognise a completed purchase, reopen it and use Restore Purchases. If the issue remains, email us with a receipt or transaction reference with sensitive details redacted.

LuckyShow has no user accounts and does not maintain a server copy of your lists or profiles. You can delete lists, sessions, and history in the app, or clear app data/uninstall it through your device settings.
