1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how LuckyShow handles information when you use the app. LuckyShow is a random picker and lucky-draw app for giveaways, group activities, classrooms, and everyday decisions.

2. Information LuckyShow handles

LuckyShow does not require an account and does not operate an account server in the current version.

Content you create in the app. Choice lists, session names, draw history, settings, and themes may be stored locally on your device so the app can work. LuckyShow does not intentionally upload this content to a LuckyShow server.

Diagnostics and usage information. LuckyShow may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app errors and improve stability. These services may process technical information such as app events, app sessions, device type, operating-system version, app version, IP address, or technical identifiers, as described in Google’s policies.

Advertising and privacy choices. The free version may display ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your country, consent, and device settings, AdMob or advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and technical data to deliver, measure, or limit advertising. LuckyShow presents a consent flow when required by law or platform rules. Pro removes advertising and unlocks unlimited session storage (the free version is limited to five sessions per mode), custom background images, four premium seasonal themes, and CSV export.

In-app purchases. Apple or Google processes payments when you purchase or restore Pro. LuckyShow receives only the transaction/entitlement status needed to confirm Pro benefits; we do not receive or store your payment-card number.

Information you send us. When you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, problem description, screenshots, or logs you attach.

Those providers handle information under their own policies and terms. If you choose to use your operating system’s share feature, content you choose to export or share is sent to the app or recipient you select; LuckyShow does not control the recipient’s subsequent handling.

5. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Draw-session content remains on your device until you delete lists, sessions, history, app data, or uninstall the app. Retention by Firebase, AdMob, Apple, or Google Play is governed by the relevant provider’s policies.

You can delete local content through the app’s list/history controls or by clearing app data/uninstalling the app through your operating system. You can manage tracking and advertising permissions in your device settings and through the consent choices shown to you. You may email us with privacy questions or requests.

Because LuckyShow does not maintain user accounts or a server copy of your lists or profiles, we generally cannot restore content deleted from your device.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not add unnecessary sensitive, confidential, or personal information to draw lists.

7. Children

LuckyShow is not designed to knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support email, please contact us so we can review and address it.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as LuckyShow’s features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and may provide an in-app or store-listing notice for material changes when appropriate.

Chính sách này giải thích cách LuckyShow xử lý thông tin khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng. LuckyShow là ứng dụng quay/chọn ngẫu nhiên phục vụ giveaway, hoạt động nhóm, lớp học và các quyết định hằng ngày.

2. Dữ liệu LuckyShow xử lý

LuckyShow không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản và không vận hành máy chủ tài khoản cho phiên bản hiện tại.

Dữ liệu bạn tạo trong app. Danh sách lựa chọn, tên phiên, lịch sử quay, cài đặt và theme có thể được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn để app hoạt động. Chúng tôi không chủ động gửi các nội dung này lên máy chủ của LuckyShow.

Dữ liệu chẩn đoán và sử dụng. LuckyShow có thể sử dụng Firebase Analytics và Firebase Crashlytics để hiểu lỗi ứng dụng và cải thiện độ ổn định. Tùy quốc gia, sự đồng ý và thiết lập thiết bị, AdMob hoặc đối tác quảng cáo có thể xử lý mã nhận diện quảng cáo, địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị và dữ liệu kỹ thuật để phân phối, đo lường hoặc giới hạn quảng cáo. LuckyShow hiển thị luồng đồng ý khi pháp luật hoặc nền tảng yêu cầu. Pro loại bỏ quảng cáo và mở khóa lưu phiên không giới hạn (bản miễn phí tối đa năm phiên cho mỗi mode), ảnh nền tùy chỉnh, bốn theme theo mùa cao cấp và xuất CSV.

Mua hàng trong ứng dụng. Khi bạn mua hoặc khôi phục Pro, Apple hoặc Google xử lý thanh toán. LuckyShow chỉ nhận trạng thái giao dịch/quyền sử dụng cần thiết để xác nhận các quyền lợi Pro; chúng tôi không nhận hoặc lưu số thẻ thanh toán của bạn.

Thông tin bạn gửi cho chúng tôi. Nếu bạn liên hệ hỗ trợ, chúng tôi nhận được thông tin bạn chủ động gửi, như email, mô tả vấn đề, ảnh chụp màn hình hoặc log bạn đính kèm.

LuckyShow không được thiết kế để cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn tin rằng trẻ em đã gửi thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi qua email hỗ trợ, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xem xét và xử lý.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi LuckyShow thay đổi tính năng, nhà cung cấp hoặc yêu cầu pháp lý. Ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” sẽ được điều chỉnh; thay đổi quan trọng có thể được thông báo trong app hoặc qua store listing khi phù hợp.
