Terms of Service — Score Counter

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Score Counter (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited to use on Apple devices you own or control.

The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase processed by Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Apple’s App Store policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites/apps they link to. We do not endorse any advertised product or service.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the publisher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
